Directions:
1 serving size‒ 3,5 g (0,5 of measue) mix with 250–300 ml of water by mixer or shaker. It is recommended to consume 2 times a day.
Workout days:1 serving immediately after wake up and 1 serving 30 minutes before workout or immediately after.
Days off: 1 serving immediately after wake up and 1 serving between meals or before bedtime.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or people allergic to any of the ingredients. Supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Healthy lifestyle and varied diet are fundamental for health. It is not recommended to exceed a serving size per day.
