RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, app Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of the delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
In case, our customer support team accept the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
● The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
● All customers must contact Begood.ie for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
● Begood.ie will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to Begood.ie.
Note: Begood.ie reserves the right of any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The right of return/withdrawal does not apply to:
● Custom made product, which has been specially tailored for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 24 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).
In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product as per our return policy.
Note: Due to different batches of the products, it may come from different production lots, the item logo or packaging the customer received may vary from shipments or from the photos displayed on our website.
If all the physical appearance or the functions of the item are correct, this case will not be included in the free re-shipping policy of incorrect items.

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
Complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
